An oversight committee can ensure that AI tech doesn't escape our control.

According to Elon Musk, an oversight committee needs to be established to look over and gain insight on the AI that could be potentially dangerous.

Tesla CEO, Elon Musk has warned humanity many times about the dangers of superhuman artificial intelligence. Human civilization will undergo profound changes due to the advent of digital superintelligence. 

He believes the technological singularity is either going to be very beneficial for society or it will be very detrimental. Despite the uncertainty about the impact of superhuman AI on our world, Elon said one thing is for sure: we will not be able to control it. A lack of artificial intelligence regulation, he believes, means humanity is already too late in regulating AI.

Elon Musk is criticized for his focus on developing artificial intelligence systems such as Neuralink, which is a brain-machine interface that is implantable, all while warning that AI is dangerous. 

Some of us may view Elon Musk's position as hypocritical, but he, like many others involved in the field of artificial intelligence, believes that artificial intelligence and humans should merge together as the ultimate solution to the problem of AI control.

We can expect that solving the AI control problem will be made possible by a merge scenario between humans and machines. 

We now need the congress to establish a committee in this regard.
